How hoarding advertising boosted enquires by 50% for this Real estate firm.

The Phoenix Mills built high on Outdoor to mark its foray into Bengaluru.

The Phoenix Mills Ltd, a prominent name in real estate sector forayed into Bangalore with its project called ‘Phoenix One Bangalore West’. The OOH campaign of the project, stated ‘Going Live Soon’, was executed to rise above the competition. The GOING LIVE SOON sign was fitted with pulsating LED lights and the rest of the messaging was printed on vinyl and pasted in the background.

The brand had allotted 3% of the total budget reserved for hoardings for 2016. The campaign was visible on major arterial roads such as Mekhri circle towards Rajajinagar, RT Nagar, Indira Nagar, MG Road, CBD, Airports and Cauvery junction. Alongside hoardings and static sites, the brand also occupied mobile hoardings for the campaign.

By creating an intricate design on outdoors, the brand developed a cost effective campaign. According to Arshia Ladak, Head – Marketing, they had great results which contributed to the highest number of walk-ins . The enquiries from hoarding had gone up by 50%, and as an indirect effect the web enquiries had gone up by 15%.
